Each team is asked to put together a raffle basket to help kick off the Fall Season during our Home Run Derby. Using donations from coaches, players, and families, there are no limits on baskets as the goal is to raise as much funds as we can for the league. Teams can either request for donated items or pulll together and collect money to buy items for the basket.

This is not limited to just baskets, but to anything as long as the presented items are visible enough to lure people in and select the baskets they want to win. Its all about the collected donations. Value of baskets may vary.

Depending on size, please have all baskets covered in clear wrapper and make sure that there are no items that can melt (ie:. chocolates).

Theme ideas: sports, vacation, fishing , camping, movies, candy, board games, self-care, lottery, cooking / baking, drinks, etc.

** If alcohol is included in the basket, it can not be on the premises. Instead, a picture of the basket will be displayed at the time of the raffle **

Contact your Team Manager if you would like to donate items, gift cards, tickets, etc. Businesses can also provide coupons / gift certificates towards products and/or services too. Some items will depend on basket themes.

Raffle baskets will be available to those who purchase raffle tickets on Saturday, September 28th.

DEADLINE TO TURN IN RAFFLE BASKETS IS SEPTEMBER 27TH.

If baskets are to be wrapped by the Board, baskets and the clear wrap must to dropped off on Wednesday, September 25th.
